بعد الاطلاع على القانون الاتحادي رقم (1) لسنة 1972 بشأن اختصاصات الوزارات وصلاحيات الوزراء وتعديلاته.

وعلى المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (48) لسنة 2021 بشأن التعليم العالي

وعلى المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (49) لسنة 2022م بشأن الموارد البشرية في الحكومة الاتحادية.

وعلى قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (48) لسنة 2023 بشأن اللائحة التنفيذية للمرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (49) لسنة 2022 بشأن الموارد البشرية في الحكومة الاتحادية.

وعلى قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (106) لسنة 2024 بشأن اعتماد الإطار الوطني للمؤهلات

وعلى قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (101) م / (19) لسنة 2024 - الجلسة (9) بشأن الهيكل التنظيمي لوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي

وعلى قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم ( ) لسنة 2024 بشأن الهيكل التنظيمي لوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.

وعلى قرار وزير التربية والتعليم رقم (30) لسنة 2023 بشأن معايير القبول في برامج البكالوريوس في مؤسسات التعليم العالي.

وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم (1) لسنة 2024 بشأن الهيكل التنظيمي للإدارات والأقسام واختصاصها ومهامها بوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.

وعلى ما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة

قرر:

مادة 1

تلتزم مؤسسات التعليم العالي بتحديد معايير القبول في برامجها لدرجات البكالوريوس والدبلوم العالي والدبلوم والمؤهلات الجزئية ووحدات التعلم القصيرة المستويات 4 و5 في الإطار الوطني للمؤهلات، ويكون لها في سبيل ذلك الاسترشاد بالمعايير المرفقة بهذا القرار.

مادة 2

لوكيل الوزارة إصدار القرارات والتعاميم والضوابط التنفيذية اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القرار.

مادة 3

يلغى قرار وزير التربية والتعليم رقم (30) لسنة 2023 بشأن معايير القبول في برامج البكالوريوس في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، كما يلغى كل حكم يخالف أو يتعارض مع أحكام هذا القرار.

مادة 4

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره.

Decision of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. 19 of 2024 concerning the admission criteria for programs of
higher education institutions.

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research

Having reviewed Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the competencies of ministries and the powers of ministers, and its amendments.

And Federal Decree-Law No. (48) of 2021 concerning Higher Education.

And Federal Decree-Law No. (49) of 2022 concerning Human Resources in the Federal Government.

And Cabinet Resolution No. (48) of 2023 concerning the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. (49) of 2022 on Human Resources in the Federal Government.

And Cabinet Resolution No. (106) of 2024 on the adoption of the National Qualifications Framework.

And Cabinet Resolution No. (101) M / (19) of 2024 - Session (9) concerning the organizational structure of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

And Cabinet Resolution No. ( ) of 2024 concerning the organizational structure of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

And the Minister of Education's Decision No. (30) of 2023 concerning admission criteria for bachelor's programs in higher education institutions.

And Ministerial Decision No. (1) of 2024 concerning the organizational structure of departments and sections, and their competencies and tasks at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

And based on the public interest.

Has decided:

Article 1

Higher education institutions shall be committed to setting the admission criteria for their programs for Bachelor's degrees, Higher Diplomas, Diplomas, Partial Qualifications, and Short Learning Units at levels 4 and 5 of the National Qualifications Framework, and may be guided by the criteria attached to this decision.

Article 2

The Undersecretary of the Ministry shall issue the necessary decisions, circulars, and executive controls to implement the provisions of this decision.

Article 3

The Minister of Education's Decision No. (30) of 2023 concerning admission criteria for bachelor's programs in higher education institutions is hereby repealed, as is any provision that contravenes or conflicts with the provisions of this decision.

Article 4

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect from the date of its publication.
