قرار ولي العهد رقم (6) لسنة 2007 بشأن جائزة خليفة التربوية وتشكيل مجلس الأمناء
نحن محمد بن زايد آل نهيان - ولي العهد رئيس المجلس التنفيذي،
بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبو ظبي وتعديلاته،
وعلى قرار ولي العهد رقم (6) لسنة 1996 في شأن جائزة خليفة بن زايد للمعلم،
وعلى قرار ولي العهد رقم (70) لسنة 2006 بإعادة تشكيل مجلس أمناء جائزة خليفة بن زايد للمعلم،
وبناءً على ما عُرض على المجلس التنفيذي، وموافقة المجلس عليه، قررنا ما يلي:
المادة الأولى:
تُستبدل تسمية (جائزة خليفة بن زايد للمعلم) الواردة بقرار ولي العهد رقم (6) لسنة 1996 المشار إليه بـ (جائزة خليفة التربوية).
المادة الثانية:
هذا النص وفقاً لآخر تعديل بموجب قرار رقم (27) لسنة 2019 وقد سبق تعديله بموجب قرار رقم 74 لسنة 2016 - وقد سبق تعديله بموجب قرار رقم (36) لسنة 2014 - وقد سبق تعديله بموجب قرار رقم (55) لسنة 2010 - وقد سبق تعديله بموجب قرار رقم (63) لسنة 2008 - وقد سبق تعديله بموجب قرار رقم (73) لسنة 2007 - للاطلاع على النص الأصلي
يُشكل مجلس أمناء جائزة خليفة التربوية، برئاسة سمو الشيخ / منصور بن زايد آل نهيان، وعضوية كل من:
- معالي الشيخ/ نهيان بن مبارك آل نهيان نائبا للرئيس
- معالي / حسين إبراهيم الحمادي
- معالي / سارة عوض عيسى مسلم
- معالي د. / ماجد بن علي النعيمي
- سعادة/ محمد سالم الظاهري
المادة الثالثة:
مدة عضوية المجلس ثلاث سنوات قابلة للتجديد.
المادة الرابعة:
يُنفذ هذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

Crown Prince Decision No. (6) of 2007 concerning the Khalifa Award for Education and the formation of the Board of Trustees
We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan - Crown Prince, Chairman of the Executive Council,
Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 on the reorganization of the government apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
And Crown Prince Decision No. (6) of 1996 regarding the Khalifa bin Zayed Award for the Teacher,
And Crown Prince Decision No. (70) of 2006 on the restructuring of the Board of Trustees of the Khalifa bin Zayed Award for the Teacher,
And based on what was presented to the Executive Council, and its approval, we have decided the following:
Article One:
The name (Khalifa bin Zayed Award for the Teacher) mentioned in the aforementioned Crown Prince Decision No. (6) of 1996 shall be replaced by (Khalifa Award for Education).
Article Two:

The Board of Trustees of the Khalifa Award for Education shall be formed, chaired by His Highness Sheikh / Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, with the membership of:
- His Excellency Sheikh / Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan as Vice Chairman
- His Excellency / Hussain Ibrahim Al Hammadi
- His Excellency / Sara Awad Issa Musallam
- His Excellency Dr. / Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi
- His Excellency / Mohammed Salem Al Dhaheri
Article Three:
The term of membership of the Board is three years, renewable.
Article Four:
This decision shall be implemented from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
