نظام مكافآت العاملين في مراكز تعليم الكبار والدراسات المسائية
رقم (8) لسنة 1973
نحن خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان، ولي العهد ورئيس مجلس الوزراء،
بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1971 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي، وعلى قانون خدمة الموظفين رقم (5) لسنة 1971 والقوانين المعدلة له، وبناءً على ما عرضه وزير التربية ووافق عليه مجلس الوزراء، فقد أصدرنا النظام التالي:
مادة: (1)
تُمنح مكافأة شهرية للعاملين بمراكز تعليم الكبار والدراسات المسائية طبقًا للجدول المرفق ولأحكام هذا النظام، وبشرط ألا تتجاوز المكافأة (30%) من المرتب الأساسي الشهري وبشرط أن لا يتقاضى العامل أي علاوات أخرى عن العمل الإضافي.
مادة: (2)
يكون نصاب المدرس من (6 - 8) حصص في الأسبوع بالنسبة إلى المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية ومن (8 - 10) حصص في الأسبوع بالنسبة إلى المرحلة الابتدائية العليا.
مادة: (3)
لا يجوز أن تزيد الزيارات التي تُمنح عنها مكافأة للمفتش أو مشرف الوسائل التعليمية عند عرض الأفلام على اثنتي عشرة زيارة في الشهر الواحد.
مادة: (4)
يجب ألا يقل عدد الحصص التي تُعطى في حلقات تدريس القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة عن ثماني حصص في الأسبوع.
مادة: (5)
استثناءً من أحكام المادة الأولى من هذا النظام، يكون الحد الأدنى للمكافأة التي تُمنح لسائقي السيارات (200) مائتي درهم شهريًا.
مادة: (6)
يعمل بهذا النظام اعتبارًا من أول أكتوبر 1973، ويُلغى ما يخالفه من قرارات أو أحكام أو قواعد أخرى.
مادة: (7)
ينفذ هذا النظام، وينشر بالجريدة الرسمية.

Bonus System for Employees of Adult Education and Evening Study Centers
No. (8) of 1973
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince and Prime Minister,
Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1971 on the Reorganization of the Governmental Apparatus, the Civil Service Law No. (5) of 1971 and its amending laws, and based on the proposal of the Minister of Education and the approval of the Council of Ministers, we have issued the following system:
Article: (1)
A monthly bonus shall be granted to employees of adult education and evening study centers in accordance with the attached schedule and the provisions of this system, provided that the bonus does not exceed (30%) of the basic monthly salary and that the employee does not receive any other allowances for overtime work.
Article: (2)
The teaching load for a teacher shall be from (6 - 8) periods per week for the preparatory and secondary stages, and from (8 - 10) periods per week for the upper primary stage.
Article: (3)
The number of visits for which a bonus is granted to the inspector or the educational aids supervisor for showing films shall not exceed twelve visits in a single month.
Article: (4)
The number of periods given in the teaching circles for the Holy Quran and the noble Prophetic Sunnah shall not be less than eight periods per week.
Article: (5)
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 1 of this system, the minimum bonus granted to drivers shall be (200) two hundred dirhams per month.
Article: (6)
This system shall come into force as of the first of October 1973, and any other decisions, provisions, or rules that contradict it shall be repealed.
Article: (7)
This system shall be implemented and published in the Official Gazette.
