System for the Disbursement of Bonuses for Examination Workers (Public Certificates)

With the approval of His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Ruler of the Country.
And based on the proposal of the Minister of Education and the approval of the Council of Ministers, we have decided to issue the following system:
Article One:
The bonuses specified in the schedule attached to this system shall be disbursed to workers involved in public examinations in accordance with the financial and administrative regulations followed by the Ministry of Finance and the Personnel Affairs Department.
Article Two:
The public certificate examinations covered by this system are the Primary School, General Preparatory Certificate, and Secondary School Certificate examinations, for both their first and second rounds. The bonus covers the committees for administration, invigilation, and grading.
Article Three:
The maximum number of workdays eligible for a bonus for examination work is twenty days for the first round and ten days for the second round for all workers involved.
Article Four:
Questions for a single subject or a branch of a subject, whether on one or more papers, shall be granted a single bonus for each member of the question-setting committees.
Article Five:
If grading is conducted in two shifts, morning and evening, each shift shall be considered a full workday for which the worker receives the prescribed daily bonus.
Article Six:
Bonuses shall be disbursed for all workdays performed by the members of the committee for printing, packaging, and distributing the questions, and these are not time-limited.
Article Seven:
The Ministry of Education shall, a suitable time before the examinations, issue administrative orders appointing the workers for examination affairs and defining their duties.
Article Eight:
The schedule attached to this system is considered an integral part of it.
Article Nine:
This system shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
