قرار رئيس الدولة رقم (12) لسنة 2022م بشأن معاملة أبناء المواطنات الإماراتيات في قطاعي التعليم والصحة
نحن محمد بن زايد آل نهيان رئيس دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
-بعد الاطلاع على الدستور،
-وعلى المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (4) لسنة 2004 في شأن إنشاء وتنظيم وزارة شؤون الرئاسة،
قررنا ما هو آتٍ:
( المادة الأولى )
يعامل أبناء المواطنات الإماراتيات المقيمين بالدولة، بذات المعاملة المقررة للمواطنين في قطاعي التعليم والصحة.
( المادة الثانية )
يصدر نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير شؤون الرئاسة كافة القرارات اللازمة لتنفيذ وتفسير أحكام هذا القرار..
وتقدم وزارة شؤون الرئاسة أوجه الدعم اللازمة للجهات الحكومية الاتحادية والمحلية لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القرار والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذاً له.
( المادة الثالثة )
يُلغى كل نص أو حكم يخالف أو يتعارض مع أحكام هذا القرار.
( المادة الرابعة )
يعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

Presidential Decree No. (12) of 2022 regarding the treatment of children of Emirati mothers in the education and health sectors
We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates
-Having reviewed the Constitution,
-And Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2004 concerning the establishment and organization of the Ministry of Presidential Affairs,
Have decided the following:
( Article One )
The children of Emirati mothers residing in the country shall be treated the same as citizens in the education and health sectors.
( Article Two )
The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs shall issue all necessary decisions to implement and interpret the provisions of this Decree.
The Ministry of Presidential Affairs shall provide the necessary support to federal and local government entities for the implementation of the provisions of this Decree and the decisions issued in execution thereof.
( Article Three )
Any text or provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Decree shall be repealed.
( Article Four )
This Decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
